This is going to be a hands-on, 4-week program in a private small group setting that I have created to help women just like you find MOTIVATION to put yourself FIRST, find inner HAPPINESS and create a routine that is going to set you up for LONG TERM success rather than falling off the wagon…. again. Let’s quit doing that, shall we?

This is a program that teaches you how to fill up your cup FIRST so that you can pour into others without feeling GUILTY or stretched for time. You are totally worth it, Mama.



ME TIME Challenge at a glance…

CHANGE TWO: You focus on positive self talk and choose personal growth — through a book, audio or podcast — that will help quiet your inner mean girl.

CHANGE THREE: You dedicate at least 30 minutes 5-6 days a week to a workout that you actually enjoy. A workout that is not punishment for you, but is giving your body the gift of movement.

CHANGE FOUR: You make small, easy tweaks to your nutrition so that you gain more energy and you are fueling your body.

CHANGE FIVE: You plan ahead so that you are prepared and not scrambling. You know exactly what your week will look like and when you will find your ME TIME.

CHANGE SIX: You have 1:1 support with all of the above and commit to weekly accountability check-ins so that you KNOW you cannot fail.
