Recipe: Shakeology Pudding

shakeology puddingRecipe: Shakeology Pudding

As most of you know, I drink a dense nutrient shake every day called Shakeology. I first started drinking it in February of 2016.  So, I quickly realized it was exactly what I needed to help me with my sweet cravings, energy, appetite and so many other things, such as my digestive health!

I’m always looking for new recipes to help me stop eating junk food. No matter how well I’m doing on my nutrition plan, I will always have a love/hate relationship with chocolate! lol

Here’s a great recipe that I found on the Shakeology website that will surely cure anyone’s chocolate cravings!

SHAKEOLOGY PUDDING
1/2 scoop Chocolate Shakeology

1 ripe avocado

1 large ripe banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions: Blend until smooth. Pour into individual dishes, pie crust or frozen pop forms. Refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze until firm. Top with a dab of low-fat whipped topping and chopped nuts. (makes 2-4 servings) Calories: 175 per serving
